I had been hit with the stomach bug and was so depleted, weak and tired. I knew sipping Pedialyte, Gatorade and ginger ale along with nibbling on saltines was good but not enough to replenish how much I had lost so quickly. I had used IV/med spa services prior in other cities proactively to help boost my wellness but yesterday I was in true need of fluids to recover and reset. I definitely did not want to go sit in the ER without a true emergency and wait for hours along with an expensive copay to get a bag of saline so was thrilled when I spoke to Julie and they had an appt open to see me that same day to get IV fluids that I could customize after I met with Dr Creston upon arrival. Julie and Dr Creston met me at the front door, were so kind and welcoming which was appreciated after the rough last 36 hrs I had. Julie even warmed my bag of fluids to make me more comfortable. Dr Creston met with me to hear what bbn i had been going through and discuss what he thinks would be most beneficial in post GI inflammation and recovery so my bag of fluids was infused with vitamins + nutrients needed to help my gut heal and give my immunity the boost it needed to hopefully get back on track. They checked on me often, had snacks and bevs available, and just a gorgeous office to enjoy this in. I rested while getting my IV knowing this helped more than anything as we simply cant replenish ourselves after losing so much so fast. Then 24 hrs later today Julie reached out to check on me and I was happy to share with her how much better I felt this morning when I woke up. So happy to have found them and to have had this service at just the right recovery time to help this single full time momma get back on her feet to take care of my kids and get back to work today. Already have been getting questions today from friends, kid's teachers and colleagues asking where I got the IV fluids as they all assumed I went to the hospital. Was happy to share the name and location right in York of this place. They were absolute rock stars and 10/10 highly recommend! They offer MANY more services than just this but thats all that I've been able to experience so far. Go check them out! I found out about ReSet through a friend she invited me to an open house they had. I honestly felt a little out of place there but it was nice to meet the people and learn about the services they offer. I got a free vitamin d shot and express facial for going to the open house and I actually wasn’t going to schedule them but ReSet had reached out via text and I made an appointment. Julie did my facial and it was exactly what I needed that day. She’s very kind, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I’m glad I scheduled the appointment.
Love this place so much! When you walk into this place they make you feel very comfortable and very welcoming. This is my 2nd time getting a facial there and I love how my skin felt after leaving there. I’ve tried several places throughout PA and MD and ReSet provides wellness services far above and beyond what you will find any other place. Their services enable me to be at my best - the staff is personable and friendly and their pricing is affordable. I am so impressed with ReSet Med Spa! We are new to the area and I needed a new injector. I searched Google Reviews and decided to go with Jackie at ReSet. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. At my initial consultation, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Jackie took her time with me, asked me a lot of questions and made a plan to get the best results for me. I love that she takes before/after photos for both me to see the difference but also for her to reference so she’s targeting just the right areas. I’ve gone in for follow up appointments and each time I’m greeted with the same warmth. I truly feel cared for here and I’m so happy I found ReSet!

I am so impressed with ReSet Medical Spa. I had the Opus Plasma treatment which is a one of a kind treatment . There is minimal downtime and didn’t interfere with daily activities. I saw a difference in just one treatment. My skin feels smoother and tighter. Juliana and Julie are so polite and professional. Highly Recommend Reset Medical Spa and Wellness Center. My 19 year old daughter asked for a facial for Christmas this year. I didn’t know where to even go since skin care and glowing skin was never a thing for me as a teenager. My daughter also has had over the years acne prone skin with deep cystic acne that tends to hyper pigment. So I was concerned about taking her anywhere for a facial which would lead her face to breakout again. Because finally for the first in a long time her skin was looking really good and she was having minimal acne breakouts. I researched quite a few places in the area. Decided to call Reset Medical Spa since they have a MD as part of their team. Spoke with Julie on the phone she answered a lot of my questions and concerns about my daughter getting a facial. My daughter had her first Glow n Go facial and let me say I was blown away with how great her skin looked afterwards. To our surprise she had very minimal breakouts after her first facial. After seeing her results I decided to get a series of Glow n Go facials along with my daughter. My daughter has had four Glow n Go facials so far and her skin has never looked better. There’s been times I’ve asked her do you have make up on and she’s like no not really just a spot of concealer here or there to cover up a blemish. Her skin looks AMAZING. My skin is starting to come around as well and I am starting to experience a decrease in my older age acne. So far both my daughter and I have had a really great experience at Reset Medical Spa. The only regret we both have is that we haven’t done this sooner. Both Julie and Juliana at Reset Medical Spa have been nothing but super sweet and super nice. They make you feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. They both give you the sense that they have known you for years. My daughter and I like going to places where the staff makes you feel welcome, comfortable and are super friendly. If you’re thinking of going to Reset Medical Spa just do it you won’t regret it. Invest the time and money into yourself it’s well worth it.

I enjoyed the atmosphere. Even though beautiful and the people simply great I was not intimidated, something I find in other spas and higher end Hair places. Love Julie who is one of the owners. Took a tour and immediately felt comfortable and at home. I got a good feeling when I sat down to talk with her and her husband (Dr at the practice) was also there and they were both great to talk to and gave great information. We put together a plan and I’ve so far done the IPL treatment. I’m happy with my experiences there so far and will definitely recommend.
ReSet has just blown my mind. I stumbled upon them FIVE MINUTES from my house and am thinking ‘finally! Not driving 20 min down 83 for a good facial’… What I got was beyond a good facial. Every single person at ReSet is just phenomenal. I’ve never been to a more customer-focused office. Juliana started my series of three Go-n-Glow treatments. Think chemical peel WITHOUT the skin falling off part.. thank God. Finished my third and final appointment in the series and my skin is just amazing. Now I’m ready to start my membership (simple and awesome system) and get my first glacial (cryo is fun!). If you’re thinking about it, and you’ve read this far, just go. You won’t regret it.
I had the most amazing experience at ReSet Medical Spa! From the moment I walked in, the staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere was very calming - it was a perfect way to end a long work day. I recently got the Glacial facial and noticed results immediately. Since then, my skin has been incredibly soft and overall less inflamed. I had my teeth whitened at reset medical spa and wellness center. The whole process was quick, painless, and got my teeth 5 shades whiter.It cost me half of what several dentists quoted me, for the same procedure (I recently worked in the dental industry so I understand which procedures are legit and which are not) I got great results with no pain.Their York location is very comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
